At Haus of Athletes, we are more than just a training facility; we’re a movement driven by purpose, passion, and proven results. Since opening our doors in Methuen, Massachusetts, in 2016, we’ve been committed to one mission: to elevate every athlete we work with by combining evidence-based science and field-tested techniques. Starting from those early days, we’ve grown to become a trusted name throughout the Merrimack Valley, recognized for our specialized coaching and unique approach to athlete development.

Our reputation has reached beyond these walls, bringing us opportunities to train athletes from some of the top universities, prep schools, high schools, and youth programs across the Northeast. Today, Haus of Athletes isn’t just a place—it’s a platform. We’re bringing our methods, our mindset, and our mission to athletes everywhere with our Online Training Portal. BRENDON MEDUGNO

OWNER & MASTER TRAINER

Before founding Haus of Athletes, Brendon Medugno launched Become Athlete in 2016, a training program rooted in his vision to help athletes of every age and sport discover their highest potential. Built on principles that produce results at the elite level, Brendon’s approach emphasizes fundamentals and techniques that unlock the best in every athlete, whether they’re just beginning or competing at the top.

Known for his unwavering focus and relentless work ethic, Brendon brings that same commitment to his role as Owner and Master Coach at Haus of Athletes. His passion lies in pushing athletes beyond their limits, helping them break through boundaries and discover new levels of performance and resilience. Here, every program, every session, and every rep is about more than physical improvement—it’s about empowering athletes to thrive under pressure, embrace challenges, and become champions both on and off the field.

DANTE CORREA

DIRECTOR OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Dante Correa graduated Endicott College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. While attending Endicott he interned for Parisi Speed School and CT Sports & Fitness. As a personal trainer he has designed exercise programs for adults and athletes ranging from youth to division I, II, III for various sports. Dante also coached speed clinics for local youth and high school football teams. These clinics focused on speed, agility, and proper mechanics. As a former collegiate running back he has specialized in coaching football and speed development.

Since joining the staff in summer of 2021, he has become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the Director of Strength of Conditioning here at Haus of Athletes. Dante has worked with our Adult Training, Team Training, Junior Development, Athlete Development System (ADS), Hybrid Online Training and our Football Academy on top of his 1on1 training. He has a passion to develop all athletes to reach their max potential on and off the field.

MATT ARCHETTI

Director of Education and Staff Development

Matt has a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, having played baseball up to the collegiate level and worked in the fitness industry for over a decade. With his dedication and experience, Matt has developed a formula to teach people how to achieve their fitness goals sustainably. He is committed to helping his clients identify their health and fitness objectives using a holistic approach that emphasizes mindset, balance, and living life to the fullest.

At Haus of Athletes, Matt provides personal training, group classes, and specialized programs that cater to clients’ unique needs. His philosophy centers around the idea that fitness is not just about physical appearance, but also overall wellness and quality of life. He is committed to helping his clients achieve long-term success by providing personalized coaching, ongoing support, and a wealth of knowledge on health, nutrition, and fitness. Matt, is a seasoned fitness expert with a deep passion for helping clients achieve their goals in a sustainable and holistic way.

DAQUAN SAMPSON

DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALL ACADEMY

Daquan Sampson joined as a full time Strength and Conditioning Coach in the winter of 2019. Daquan graduated from Endicott College in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. During his college days, Daquan was a member of Endicott Men’s Basketball team where he scored over 1,000 career points.

Daquan has experience working with high level basketball players as well as top-notch football programs. Coach D has trained the Evolution Basketball AAU program for the past 3 years as their Strength & Conditioning Coach. He’s dedicated to helping athletes of all levels to improve their athletic performance, accomplish their goals, and build their character. Daquan is currently studying for the CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and he plans on continuing his education and pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Psychology.

    JACOB ALBEN

    PERSONAL TRAINER/ ASSISTANT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH

    As a high school track and field/ cross country runner, Jake Alben became
    passionate about learning how the gym could help him on the track. As his Junior year season came to an end and college was coming fast, Jake’s love for the gym began to outweigh his love for the track. This led to Jake pursuing his Exercise Science degree at Merrimack College. Jake began his training/coaching career in 2017, while simultaneously pursuing his Exercise Science Degree at Merrimack College, which he completed in 2021. During his 5+ years in the fitness space, Jake got to work in a variety of different settings including interning at Athletic Evolution during the winter, spring and summer of 2018-2019. From 2018-2020 Jake was also a personal trainer at Merrimack’s campus gym. In August 2020, he began training at Drive Custom Fit, where he ran the internship program and was the Program Coordinator for all group exercise classes. From 2019 and on Jake has also worked in the Online Training space. He expanded his online coaching in August 2022, working with powerlifters, athletes, and general population clients. Jake began to train for powerlifting meets in 2019. He competes in the USAPL, the largest drug tested federation in the US. Jake likes to say “ Teaching people how to move better is my passion. Picking things up and putting them down is my hobby.”

    Kobe Washington

    Personal trainer, ASsistant Strength & Conditioning coach

    Kobe has worked at the Haus for well over a year now. He is heavily involved in assisting our Athlete Development, Basketball Development, and Junior Development Classes. Before coming to the Haus he was a former college basketball player at SMCC, also an all conference and MVC all-star in the 200 meter sprint for track in high school and currently a semi pro football player in the ECFL. He is dedicated to helping athletes improve their athletic performance as well as their mentality. Giving them the tools and knowledge they need for what’s to come in their futures. Kobe is currently studying for his NFPT certification and will continue to expand his knowledge in the field.

    ROSS SULESKI

    Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist

    Upon Graduation from Albertus Magnus College Ross has been working as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Nutrition Specialist since 2015. Coached Varsity Soccer (7 years) and Tennis (4 years) at St. Thomas Aquinas High School before switching over to Windham High School in 2022. His 2019 Boy’s Tennis Team went undefeated (17-0) and won a NH State Championship.

    Playing/Coaching Sports and training adults/athletes are his biggest passions. If he is not coaching others he is playing sports himself. Each year he participates in soccer, tennis, basketball, golf, softball, volleyball, and bowling leagues. Sports have been his entire life as he is also a die-hard New England Sports fan. He has also successfully completed the 2019 Boston Marathon and 2021 Spartan Trifecta. Whether you have fitness goals, nutrition goals, or performance goals Ross can help you reach them! “Don’t let your mind quit before your body is ready.”

    Samantha Vasquez

    Personal Trainer and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

    Sam realized the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of exercise about 4 years ago. She graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training before the pandemic in 2020 and began her journey working with friends and family. Since then, she has had the pleasure of working with people of all different ages and fitness levels. Her goal is to help others find a positive lifestyle change through fitness. For Sam, building strength, improving endurance, and maintaining healthy habits for longevity are far more important than what the number on the scale says. She believes that everyone deserves the right to a healthy and happy life and is excited to help and motivate where she can.

    Bianca has a background in Nutritional Science. Her devotion to fitness evolved through her own personal weight loss journey. Since then she has been dedicated to helping people see the value of exercise and proper nutrition. Whether it’s through personal training, Nutrition Coaching, or Small Group Training, Bianca is dedicated to empowering, motivating, and supporting individuals to push past their limits and seek true results. She believes everyone deserves the right to great health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. With her knowledge and expertise, she is committed to helping you achieve exactly that!

    CAROLINE SCOTT

    YOUTH FITNESS DIRECTOR

    Caroline Scott is currently completing her studies at Southern New Hampshire University with a major in Sport Management and a minor in Nutrition. While in high school she interned with Dynamic Strength and Conditioning and specialized in their middle school program. She began at Haus as an intern in the spring of 2021 and has been a coach since the summer of 2021. She has been coaching field hockey, from ages 5-17 for 7 years and has been coaching youth athletic development for 3 years.
